Job summary

Jersey Meadow Golf Course in Jersey Village, TX is seeking a friendly cart attendant to assist with cart retrieval, cleaning, stocking, and safe operation. You will greet golfers, help with loading bags, and ensure smooth flow of cart traffic.

The role offers opportunities for training, a positive team environment, and the chance to develop in hospitality and course operations, with flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette and familiarity with golf cart operations is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to lift and carry golf bags and perform light maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Retrieving golf carts from the staging area and ensuring they are cleaned, stocked, and in proper working condition.
• Assisting golfers with loading and unloading their bags onto the carts.
• Directing the flow of cart traffic and ensuring adherence to course policies.
• Monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness of the cart staging area and driving range.
• Providing exceptional customer service by greeting golfers, answering questions, and assisting with their needs.
• Assisting with basic maintenance tasks around the facility as needed.
• Upholding safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
