Job summary

Walmart Supercenter in Gilbert, AZ is hiring a Cart Attendant to greet customers with a friendly attitude, collect carts from the parking lot, and move them inside the store.

You will operate equipment to transport carts, maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the carts, and support store operations in various weather conditions.

This full-time role offers hourly pay between $16 and $29, plus annual or quarterly incentive opportunities and a broad benefits package.

Pay

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $16 - $29 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
