Job summary

Walmart is hiring a Cart Attendant at the Caldwell Supercenter in Caldwell, ID. You will help ensure a great first and last impression by collecting carts from the parking lot and moving them inside, while maintaining cleanliness and a positive attitude in all weather conditions.

This full-time role offers shifts including mid-shift and closing, and is supported by Walmart benefits and a focus on safe, efficient store operations.

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $16 - $29 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Cart Attendants ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They gather carts from the parking lot, operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store, and maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the shopping carts. Requires a positive attitude in all weather conditions!
