Wal-Mart in Teaticket, MA is hiring a Cart Attendant for a full-time position. You will gather and move shopping carts from the parking lot into the store, keeping carts clean and organized. A positive attitude is required in all weather conditions.

The role offers a competitive hourly wage ($18–$31) with additional performance incentives and potential premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Health benefits and other programs may be included depending on eligibility.

Pay

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $18 - $31 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Cart Attendants ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They gather carts from the parking lot, operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store, and maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the shopping carts. Requires a positive attitude in all weather conditions!
