Job summary

Wegmans Food Markets in Columbia, MD is seeking a part-time Front End Customer Service team member to help ensure customers leave with a positive experience. You will engage customers in friendly conversation, handle bagged items, and keep the parking lot clear and safe for everyone.

In this role, you’ll proactively offer additional assistance, thank customers for shopping at Wegmans, and provide extra service during inclement weather to ensure a wonderful shopping experience for all.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and safety of the parking lot, gather shopping carts and pick up garbage
• Engage customers in friendly conversation while making eye contact and smiling
• Proactively offer additional assistance or services and thank the customer for shopping at Wegmans
• Offer additional service during inclement weather
