Job summary

Wegmans Food Markets is seeking a Front End Customer Service Team member in Rochester, NY to ensure customers end their shopping trips with a positive experience. You will greet customers, engage in friendly conversation, and help keep the parking lot safe and orderly.

In this part-time role, you will carefully handle bagged items and contribute to transforming first-time shoppers into loyal Wegmans customers, with weekend availability and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and safety of the parking lot, gather shopping carts and pick up garbage
• Engage customers in friendly conversation while making eye contact and smiling
• Proactively offer additional assistance or services and thank the customer for shopping at Wegmans
• Offer additional service during inclement weather
