Job summary

Walmart in Center, TX is seeking a part-time Cart Attendant to help greet customers and keep carts clean and organized. You will gather carts from the parking lot, move them into the store, and ensure cart cleanliness in all weather conditions.

The position offers hourly wages of $14–$27 with available Mid-Shift and Closing shifts. Benefits and incentives are included, along with opportunities for growth and a positive work environment.

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Cart Attendants ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They gather carts from the parking lot, operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store, and maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the shopping carts.
