L&M Fleet Supply in Thief River Falls, MN is seeking a Carry Out Clerk to support daily store operations. This part-time role focuses on friendly customer service and efficient service at the store.

The position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to engage in merchandising and inventory tasks. The role involves loading products into customer vehicles, restocking, greeting customers, and maintaining a smooth shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience and/or knowledge of retail sales & customer service is preferred.
• Schedule: Flexible Work Schedule, Varied Shift Times, Every Other Weekend Rotation
• Targeted Pay Range: $13-15 per hour. (Starting rate of pay varies based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered.)

Responsibilities

• Loading products into customer vehicles after purchase.
• Maintaining store parking lots and entrances.
• Returning shopping carts to the store.
• Greeting customers and helping them find specific products within the store.
• Taking inventory of products.
• Restocking shelves in the assigned department.
• Creating a hassle-free shopping experience through eagerness to help and knowledge of products.
• Prioritizing tasks to support daily store operations.
