Job Summary:
Under close supervision, this role will be responsible for facilitating third-party carrier onboarding. This position will review all prospective carriers for adherence to insurance/safety guidelines and review carrier applications for approval or denial based on those results. The incumbent will work closely with operations and safety teams to streamline processes, ensure ongoing compliance with the carrier base, and provide a best-in-class carrier experience.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent with up to 1 year of professional experience and/or military equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a claims or insurance position.
Experience in the transportation industry.
Knowledge of J.B. Hunt.

Compensation:
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
