The Role
Logistics doesn't move without great relationships—and as Carrier Manager, you are the engine. Sitting right at the center of our operation alongside the General Manager, you won't just sit back and manage shipments; you will lead, coach, and elevate a high-performing team of Carrier Sales Reps.
You’ll act as the chief strategist for capacity, hunting down top-tier flatbed, dry, and refrigerated carriers, negotiating key lanes, and turning one-off drivers into long-term strategic partners. This is a fast-moving, high-stakes role where quick thinking, sharp negotiation, and proactive leadership directly impact our bottom line.
Salary: $65K–$70K
