Allen Lund Company is seeking a Carrier Manager to lead a high-performing Carrier Sales team and expand our network of trusted shippers and carriers. You will drive strategic carrier relationships, negotiate lanes, and protect margins across a fast-paced operation.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in freight brokerage or carrier procurement, a proven negotiation track record, and strong leadership abilities to coach a winning team.

The Role Logistics doesn't move without great relationships—and as Carrier Manager, you are the engine. Sitting right at the center of our operation alongside the General Manager, you won't just sit back and manage shipments; you will lead, coach, and elevate a high-performing team of Carrier Sales Reps.

You’ll act as the chief strategist for capacity, hunting down top-tier flatbed, dry, and refrigerated carriers, negotiating key lanes, and turning one-off drivers into long-term strategic partners. This is a fast-moving, high-stakes role where quick thinking, sharp negotiation, and proactive leadership directly impact our bottom line.

What You Bring to the Table

• Logistics DNA: 3+ years of experience in freight brokerage, carrier procurement, or account management. You know the market, you know the lanes, and you know how to talk to carriers.
• Natural Negotiator: Proven ability to build trust, navigate high-pressure conversations, and win mutually profitable deals.
• Leader & Coach: High energy, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for seeing your team succeed.
