As a Carrier Development Representative working within our freight brokerage, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and developing strong business relationships with service providers to achieve maximum profitability and customer satisfaction, while upholding Redwood’s standard of operational excellence.
This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule following completion of our training program. Team members work onsite Monday through Friday during the initial training pod period. After successfully graduating from training, the schedule transitions to four days in the office and one remote workday each week. Standard hours are 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with a one-hour break. Additional flexibility may be available based on team coverage needs.
50,000K + Established, long-standing commission structure with high upside. Success in this role grows with experience, and Redwood has one of the best commission models for carrier sales in the industry. You’ll earn monthly bonuses as you build your book of business, with a Year 1 average of $4K–$10K. As you become a freight market expert and your carrier relationships deepen, your bonus potential scales exponentially year-over-year.
