Fred Beans Automotive Group in Langhorne, PA is hiring a Parts Counterperson for Car Quest. You will assist customers with parts, maintain an organized counter, and record transactions accurately, including phone orders. Prior parts counter experience and solid customer service are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1+ year Parts Counter experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

• Some lifting may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with parts and answer questions.
• Maintain an organized counter and records of transactions.
• Process phone orders and in-person sales accurately.
• Monitor and locate parts for customers as needed.
• Pull product from warehouse to fulfill orders.

What You'll Do:

• Offer our customers the best possible service by providing prompt and friendly service to all customers.
• Maintain an organized work space and counter space for retail customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions made over the phone.
• Monitor special order parts through CarQuest system.
• Utilize all options to locate parts for customers as needed.
• Assist Customers over the phone and in-person
• Pick Product from Warehouse in order to fulfill customer needs

Requirements

Skills necessary to be successful in this role include the following;

• Valid driver's license
• At least 1 year of Parts Counter experience preferred
• Good Customer Service Skills
• Good computer skills and attention to detail
• Automotive knowledge will be a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Physical Requirements for Position: Some lifting required

Summary

Shifts: Full time 7:30am-5PM M-F and 8am-12PM Saturdays
