You will clean carpet, upholstery, and tile with professional equipment, provide exceptional service, and communicate clearly about results. Experience in water restoration or mold mitigation is a plus, certifications in cleaning/restoration are welcome, and dependable teamwork is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpet cleaning is preferred.
• Experience in water restoration and mold mitigation is a plus.
• IICRC or other certifications in cleaning and restoration are a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills—professional and client-focused.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpet, upholstery, and tile cleaning using professional equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with every job.
• Communicate clearly with clients about the cleaning process and results.
• Assist with water damage restoration and mold mitigation when needed.
• Maintain and clean equipment and follow safety procedures.
