Chem-Dry Corporate Services is seeking a customer-focused team member to support home-cleaning clients using our proprietary cleaning process. The role offers flexible schedules and paid training to help you grow with a nationwide network of franchises.

No prior experience is required, and the position emphasizes excellent service, a sales mindset, and active engagement to support customers in maintaining a clean, healthy home.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage clients.
• Team player with professional in-person communication.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with proper technique.
• No prior cleaning or sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality work consistently and at an acceptable pace.
• Report to work on time, reporting all absences prior to the start of the working day.
• Greet client politely and explain day's procedure.
• Listen to customers concerns and offer professional recommendations to satisfy those concerns.
• Use Chem-Dry's proprietary hot carbonating extraction cleaning process and other applications as trained.
• Notify client when complete and explain any unusual findings and answer questions.
• Complete all required forms accurately and on time.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment in clean and proper operating condition.
• Assist in upgrading sales to current customers.
• Follow route assignment and drive safely.
