Chem-Dry Corporate Services in Albuquerque is seeking a friendly, motivated individual to join our team as a frontline customer service/route associate. You will greet clients, explain the day’s procedure, and help deliver our green cleaning solutions with care and professionalism.

No experience is required. We offer paid training, flexible schedules, and real opportunities to grow in sales while helping households live cleaner, healthier lives through our proprietary cleaning process.

Qualifications

• Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Write short, detailed correspondence.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Team player with a reliable transportation and driving record.
• Be able to lift 100 lbs using proper lifting technique.
• Pass drug screen test.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality work consistently and at an acceptable pace.
• Report to work on time and report absences prior to the start of the working day.
• Greet client (if home) and explain day's procedure.
• Listen to customers' concerns and offer professional recommendations.
• Use Chem-Dry's cleaning process and other applications as trained.
• Notify client when complete and explain any findings.
• Complete all forms accurately and on time.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment in clean, proper operating condition.
• Assist in upgrading sales to current customers.
• Follow route assignment and drive safely.
