Carpet Tech, LTD in Clovis, NM is hiring a Carpet Cleaning Technician to join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will ride along with Crew Chiefs to clean carpets, rugs, furniture, and hard surfaces using modern equipment.

Starting pay is $14–$15 per hour with uniforms, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid vacation, and comprehensive training. If you are hardworking, dependable, and ready to learn a trade, Carpet Tech wants to meet you.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D required.
• 2+ years of manual labor preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret procedures or regulations.
• Ability to communicate with managers, clients, and customers.
• Remain calm in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Crew Chiefs to clean carpets, rugs, upholstery, and tile.
• Learn advanced carpet cleaning methods and equipment.
• Interact politely and professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Be on-call for emergency water extraction and cleanup after incidents.
• Cross-train to assist with larger jobs as needed.
• Make informed decisions regarding equipment, tools, and manpower.
• Take pride in quality work and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a neat, tidy appearance.
