Rapid Dry is seeking a Carpet & Floor Cleaning Technician who is motivated, professional, and customer-focused. Experience in carpet cleaning is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual who has a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn.

What You'll Do

• Clean and maintain carpet, upholstery, tile, stone, hardwood, and other flooring surfaces
• Operate professional carpet and floor cleaning equipment
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend additional services when appropriate
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from arrival to job completion
• Move and replace furniture carefully while protecting customer property
• Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate clearly with customers and office staff
• Keep company vehicles, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and professional
• Identify opportunities to educate customers on services that can improve their home or business
• Represent Rapid Dry with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude

What We're Looking For

• Previous carpet cleaning, floor care, restoration, janitorial, or related experience preferred
• Willingness to learn and be trained in professional cleaning techniques
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Sales or upselling experience is highly valued
• Ability to build rapport with customers and make service recommendations confidently
• Self‑motivated with strong attention to detail
• Reliable, dependable, and professional in appearance and conduct
• Ability to solve problems and adapt to different job situations
• Team‑oriented while also capable of working independently
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
