Job summary

BIG RED FLOORING LLC is seeking a Carpet Cleaning Technician to travel daily to client locations, operate our cleaning machinery, and service a variety of floors including tile, wood, carpet, stone, and more. You will maintain equipment, move furniture, treat stains, and restock supplies between jobs while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Travel to a variety of locations to maintain and clean many different flooring types or upholstery
• Move furniture or other customer’s items with care to clean under and around them
• Communicate professionally and effectively with customers to provide them with an excellent experience
• Work closely with other team members to complete a common goal
• Maintain all equipment used, restock supplies between cleanings, and foster a clean, safe work environment at all times
• Water extractions, familiar with dehumidifiers and air movers
• Demo work when needed, carpeting tasks like carpet stretching, pad replacement, tact strips, seam repair
• Ability to pick up other work that we provide
• On call when we are needed
• Work hard, honest and on time. Ability to Upsell.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team! As a Carpet Cleaning Technician, you will be traveling to different locations each day, operating our provided carpet and floor cleaning machinery, and servicing a variety of floors, including tile, wood, carpet, stone, and more. You will also be maintaining all equipment used, moving furniture to prepare rooms for cleaning, treating stains, and restocking all equipment and supplies between cleans. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication and customer service skills, and enjoys learning new techniques and methods for cleaning.
