Job summary

Teasdale Fenton Cleaning & Property Restoration in the Tri-State/Dayton area is hiring technicians for residential and commercial cleaning. You’ll perform carpet and hard-surface cleaning, operate equipment, and follow training.

Reliable transportation and ability to pass background, driving record, and drug screens are required. Pay is performance-based: average first year $45,000–$50,000; seasoned techs $60,000–$75,000.

Qualifications

• Have reliable transportation to get to work
• Pass a criminal background check, driving record check, and drug screening
• Possess basic customer service and sales skills
• Be able to lift up to 40 lbs. and occasionally move up to 75 lbs.
• Be comfortable working in both residential and commercial environments
• Be available for a varied schedule, including some evenings and Saturdays
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
• Perform basic equipment and vehicle maintenance
• Complete all carpet cleaning services offered by the company (following training)
• Work effectively in a performance-based pay structure, with bi-weekly pay

Responsibilities

• Clean carpets and hard surfaces at residential and commercial sites following training.
• Operate cleaning equipment and vehicles in a safe, efficient manner.
• Provide courteous customer service and communicate clearly with customers and team.
• Follow company procedures and maintain professional standards on site.
• Support ongoing maintenance of equipment and reporting of issues.
• Adhere to a performance-based pay structure and bi-weekly payroll cadence.
