Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean carpet, upholstery, and tile in multifamily, residential, and commercial properties.
• Spot-treat stains and clean high-traffic areas for best results.
• Provide water extraction services and participate in an on-call rotation.
• Operate, clean, and maintain cleaning equipment and company vehicles.
• Transport hoses, equipment, and supplies to job sites.
• Complete jobs in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform carpet, upholstery, and tile cleaning in multifamily, residential, and commercial properties.
• Spot-treat stains and clean high-traffic areas to achieve the best possible results.
• Perform water extraction services as needed, including participation in an on-call rotation.
• Properly operate, clean, and maintain cleaning equipment and company vehicles according to company standards.
• Transport hoses, equipment, and supplies to and from job sites.
• Complete assigned jobs in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide courteous customer service.
• Ensure job sites are left clean and orderly upon completion.
