Qualifications

• Previous construction experience required.
• Carpentry experience preferred.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable transportation to the New Martinsville, WV job site.
• Ability to safely perform physically demanding construction work.
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, stoop, stand, walk, and work for extended periods.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist with commercial construction, remodeling, and renovation projects.
• Perform general construction and carpentry tasks as assigned.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install construction materials.
• Safely operate hand and power tools.
• Assist skilled tradespeople, carpenters, and other construction workers.
• Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials.
• Prepare work areas and materials for construction projects.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Follow all construction site safety rules and procedures.
• Work effectively with other members of the construction crew.
• Perform physically demanding tasks as needed throughout the workday.
