Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of framing, carpentry, or construction experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Able to read blueprints, construction drawings, and use hand/power tools safely.
• Familiarity with carpentry techniques, materials, and measuring tools.
• Strong math, measurements, and layout skills.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform framing, cutting, and assembling materials with precision.
• Pound decking, pre-cut HDPE for decking pallets, bumpers, posts, and skirting.
• Construct piers and structural framing from blueprints and CAD drawings.
• Support assembly and installation of decking materials and accessories.
• Follow safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
• Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate reliability and flexibility with new tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
