Responsibilities

• Lead crew members performing rough and finish carpentry.
• Manage daily operations and communicate effectively.

• Complete daily paperwork and efficiently work outdoors.
• Work with subcontractors to coordinate schedules and work areas
• Monitor safety and quality standards for Keller employees and subcontractors
• Keep Supervisor informed with job progress and solve problems as needed
• Complete daily paperwork (reports, timecards, quality control sheets)
• Assist with training crew members
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Work outdoors in variable weather conditions
• Ownership mentality and detailed workmanship
• Other duties as assigned

Position Description

Job duties:

1. Lead and work with crew members performing rough and finish carpentry on Commercial & Agricultural projects
2. Frame interior walls, install trim and door frames, hang doors, and bath partitions
3. Lead 1 – 4 crew members in daily duties
4. Management of day to day operations on site. Work closely with project team to ensure proper staffing, materials, and equipment are on site to meet project deadlines
5. Work with subcontractors to coordinate schedules and work areas
6. Monitor quality control and safety standards for Keller employees and subcontractors
7. Keep Supervisor informed with job progress, communicate problems, and problem solve as needed.
8. Complete daily paperwork such as daily reports, timecards, quality control sheet, etc.
9. Assist with training crew members
10. Efficiently work in a fast paced environment
11. Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions.

Position Requirements
