You will organize the jobsite, supervise a crew of skilled carpenters, and take ownership of projects from framing to finish details. A valid driver’s license with a clean record is required.

Red Branch Outdoor Living is hiring an experienced Crew Lead Carpenter to lead residential outdoor construction projects from start to finish.

This position is for someone who is more than a skilled carpenter. We're looking for a working crew leader who can read plans, organize the jobsite, lead a team, solve problems in the field, and make sure the finished project meets a high standard of craftsmanship.

We specialize in custom decks, covered patios, pergolas, fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, and other outdoor living projects. Clients expect quality work, professional crews, and job sites that are well managed from beginning to end.

Compensation: $25 - $31 hourly
