Kitchen Tune-Up Burlington, VT is seeking dedicated team members to join our team as a Carpentry Apprentice/Installer to work on kitchen remodeling projects.

Compensation is hourly plus bonus with pay increases after certifications and six-month leadership track. Health insurance, paid training, and mentorship are included, with a company vehicle provided for job sites and no weekend or late shifts.

• No paid experience needed, looking for mechanical skills or home project experience.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are required.
• Ability to safely operate power hand tools listed above.

Responsibilities

• Arrive to jobsite on time.
• Follow instructions given by project manager.

• Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily.
• Communicate with project manager daily about progress.
• Work quickly and efficiently.

Who You Are:

Compensation is hourly plus bonus

Pay increase with passing Kitchen Tune-Up certifications

Direct six-month track to team lead with pay increase

Annual performance review with potential base pay increase
