Job Overview

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor, including site clean-up and manual material handling.
• Operate motorized equipment and power tools such as saws, hammers, nails, and bolts.
• Assist in pouring vertical concrete and installing reshores as per instructions.
• Learn and assist with vertical installations, framing, decking, and material differentiation.
• Read tape measures accurately.
• Work in various weather conditions, including cold, heat, noise, and dust.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 90 pounds with assistance.
• Frequent walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and climbing.
• Use of hand tools and power tools.

Preferred Experience

• At least 12 months of formwork or concrete construction experience as a Carpenter.
• 30 Hour OSHA Certification preferred.
