A leading construction company, Concrete Frame Associates, is seeking a Carpenter with a strong background in concrete frame services. This role involves operating various tools and heavy lifting, contributing to safe and efficient project completions in diverse conditions. Candidates with at least two years of formwork experience are preferred, and all applications are welcome regardless of background.

Qualifications

• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds, up to 90 pounds with assistance.
• Familiarity with hand tools, including power tools.
• 2 years of experience in concrete framing/construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate motorized equipment including power tools and saws.
• Assist in vertical installation and framing/decking installations.
• Read and use a tape measure accurately.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operating motorized equipment including power tools, saws, hammers, nails, and bolts.

• Work requires alert individuals with good balance and physical strength.

• Ability to quickly learn and assist in; vertical installation and framing/decking installations, distinguishing between different types of material and equipment.

• Read a tape measure.

• Working during inclement weather, could be exposed to extreme cold and heat, noise and dust from construction operations depending upon project site.

Minimum Qualifications

• Frequently lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling up to 50 pounds of materialand up to 90 pounds of material with assistance, if requested.

• Frequently walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching and climbing.

• Frequent use of hand tools such as power tools, circular saws, hammers, nails, and bolts.

Preferred Experience

Preference given to candidates with a minimum of 2 years of formwork / concrete construction work experience as a Carpenter at meets or exceeds performance expectations.
