We are a growing, high-quality paint company seeking motivated employees. Responsibilities include:

1. Preparing surfaces by power washing, scraping, sanding using commercial equipment, filling cracks, and patching holes.
2. Carpentry work such as replacing siding and trim.
3. Working on ladders safely.
4. Maintaining equipment and cleaning the jobsite daily and at week's end.
5. Record keeping of jobsite tasks.
6. Ensuring safe work procedures by setting up ladders and safety barriers according to protocols.
7. Having the correct materials on site.
8. Following directions accurately.

Qualifications needed:

• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Driver’s license, personal vehicle, and smartphone (Exaktime software provided).
• Ability to communicate kindly and courteously.
• Good eye for detail and color.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to meet deadlines under some pressure.
• Adherence to safety, quality, company, customer, and government policies.
• Pass drug screening and provide references.
