A residential property management company is seeking skilled rough and finish residential Carpenters in California. Responsibilities

• Perform rough and finish carpentry on residential properties.
• Maintain fences, decks, porches, landings, siding, and windows as needed.
• Respond promptly to tenant service requests with professionalism.
• Hook up and drive a vehicle with a utility trailer (preferred).

Westcal Management UPM Special Division (United Property Maintenance) is currently hiring skilled rough and finish residential Carpenters. Full time. Great compensation paired with generous company sponsored benefits.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in various aspects of property maintenance
• Demonstrated experience in fencing, decks, patio enclosures, landings, siding, window installation etc.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver quality, prompt and professional response to tenant service requests
• Demonstrated ability to hook up and drive vehicle with utility trailer experience - highly preferred!!
• Demonstrated experience in carpentry (rough and finish)
• Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must pass criminal background check and non‑DOT drug screen
• Good communication skills and the ability to deliver high quality customer care
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
