Location

Headquartered in Lincoln, Nebraska with additional offices in Omaha, Norfolk, Sioux Falls, Fort Collins, and Kansas City. This position is based in York, NE.

Responsibilities

• Assist on commercial construction projects by creating layouts and interpreting blueprints.
• Measure and cut raw materials and help with pre‑installation tasks.
• Support the foreman or superintendent in maintaining an efficient and safe job site.
• Build scaffolding and join structural components using nails, screws, or adhesives.
• Construct frames or structures to aid in pouring concrete and perform other carpentry duties.
• Work productively with others, maintain clear communication, and demonstrate problem‑solving skills.
