As a Residential Remodeling Carpenter on our Philadelphia team, you will help us deliver five-star shower installation and bath remodel experiences, aligning with our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home.

You will report to our Installation Manager and work closely with Lead Installers, Trainers, and Warehouse/Operations staff.

A Day in the Life

Expect to:

• Meet at our warehouse at 6:30 AM, gather materials, load trucks
• Drive to customer homes, greet and establish rapport
• Perform controlled demolition of bathrooms
• Install new fixtures, update plumbing as needed
• Clean up thoroughly after installation
• Handle customer documents and payments
