Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Carpenter/Tile Installer to join our team! In this role, you will construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard using the carpenter’s hand and power tools. The ideal candidate is hard-working and dedicated to producing quality work. Experience with tile work is required! If you are an experienced Carpenter/Tile Installer with a positive attitude, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Follow all safety rules and regulations

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Use blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine construction requirements and materials needed

Construct wood structures including framing, joists, and rafters

Install fixtures and materials such as windows, flooring, trim, and hardware

Interact with customers, suppliers, and other construction professionals

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Carpenter is preferred

Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and measurements

Ability to read and take action on blueprints

Ability to safely operate hand and power carpentry tools

Knowledge of building regulations and codes

Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects

Compensation: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
