Pay Rate: $19.80/hour

Shift: 4:30am-3pm Monday-Friday; Saturdays as needed, 4:30am-1pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide cut wood for packaging of bundles throughout the plant.
• Implement and organize a Kanban system for batons used through the plant.
• Provide various departments with custom baton needs.
• Maintain a safe and orderly work environment.
• Implement and maintain 5S Housekeeping system.
• Inspect wood for moisture content.
• Notify Supervisor of potential supply issues and maintain baton inventory.

Education/Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to understand and deliver basic commands in English.
• Ability to read and understand work and safety instructions relevant to the position.
• Proficiency in using and maintaining basic tools and measuring equipment.
• Ability to keep up with a moderate pace.
