ServiceMaster Restore is seeking a skilled Carpenter to perform all aspects of construction, including carpentry, drywall, flooring and painting, to support water, fire, mold, and board-up projects in Indianapolis. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, strong tool knowledge, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation to job sites.

This is a full-time, hourly role with a schedule Monday–Friday, with evenings or weekends required to meet client deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in carpentry or related trades.
• Extensive knowledge of power tools and equipment.
• Own basic hand tools and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Rebuilding/reconstruction due to Water, Fire, Mold, Sewage, and Board‑Up jobs.
• Rough and finish carpentry.
• Drywall: hang and finish, texture matching.
• Painting: Interior and exterior.
• Cabinetry: install cabinets and countertops.
• Flooring: hardwood, vinyl (sheet goods), laminate, and vinyl plank.
• Tile: Wall and floor.
• Ensuring high-quality finish is achieved and maintaining a clean/safe job site.

Salary: $20.00 to $28.00 /hour
