Greenier Builders, Inc., a high-quality custom residential builder based in York, Maine, is seeking a Carpenter's Helper with at least two years of hands-on experience. This full-time, year-round role offers the chance to work alongside experienced carpenters and lead carpenters on custom homes throughout Southern Maine.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable using hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential construction or carpentry experience.
• Ability to work as part of a professional team and follow directions.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Physically able to perform the demands of residential construction.

Responsabilités

• Assist Lead Carpenters with all phases of custom home construction.
• Assist with framing, siding, windows, doors, trim, and finish carpentry.
• Assist with layout and interpretation of construction plans.
• Help with material handling, deliveries, and jobsite organization.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite.
• Work efficiently and follow direction from Lead Carpenters and Project Managers.
• Take pride in workmanship and attention to detail.
• Work as part of a professional team to maintain project schedules and quality standards.

Greenier Builders, Inc. is a custom home builder based in York, Maine, specializing in high-quality custom residential construction throughout Southern Maine.

We are looking for an experienced Carpenter's Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of residential construction or carpentry experience and be looking for an opportunity to continue developing their skills while working alongside experienced carpenters and lead carpenters.

This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in their work, understands the demands of a construction site, and wants to build a long-term career in custom residential construction.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Carpenters with all phases of custom home construction
• Assist with framing, siding, windows, doors, trim, and finish carpentry
• Assist with layout and interpretation of construction plans
