TradeSource, Inc. is seeking skilled construction workers to perform framing, drywall, insulation, doors, windows, and exterior siding or trim.

You will read blueprints, use hand and power tools, and ensure compliance with local codes and quality standards, delivering precise finish carpentry and safe, efficient work across walls, floors, roofs, and ceilings. Ideal candidates will have experience reading building plans, operating common hand and power tools, and delivering high-quality carpentry

Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints, sketches or plans.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
• Skilled in drywall, insulation, siding and trim installation.

Responsabilités

• Construct wood stud framing for walls, floors, roofs, and ceilings.
• Install drywall, insulation, doors, windows, and exterior siding or trim.
• Perform finish carpentry including cabinets, countertops, baseboards, and molding.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and building plans accurately.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy shop equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all construction work meets local building codes and quality standards.
