You will measure, cut, install framing, cabinets, and molding; operate hand and power tools; uphold OSHA guidelines; and travel to sites with potential overnight stays. This role demands physical work, precision, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years construction experience.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and assemble wood according to project specs; read blueprints and drawings.
• Install walls, floors, doorframes, and cabinets; repair damaged elements.
• Operate hand and power tools safely; keep tools and vehicle in good condition.
• Ensure work meets building codes and safety standards; collaborate with team members.
