Job summary

The Carpenter role is based in Northeast Florida, onsite daily, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. You will construct, install, repair, and maintain a variety of structures and fixtures across the property, with emphasis on safety and high-quality workmanship.

Ideal candidates have residential and light commercial carpentry experience, can read plans, and work independently while supporting multiple maintenance projects. Benefits begin Day 1.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction and carpentry (4+ years) or combination of residential and commercial experience.
• Fencing installation experience with construction background also acceptable.
• Technical, vocational, or trade school education in carpentry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Construct, install, repair, and maintain cabinets, doors, and trim.
• Perform interior/exterior painting, staining, and drywall work.
• Repair foundations, walls, floors, ceilings, roofing, and other structures.
