This position is intermediate level, involving physically demanding and high-risk work, often at heights, outdoors in various weather conditions. Responsibilities include working with finishing materials such as trim and wall panels, repairing metal structures and roofs, handling exterior doors, demolition, paving, concrete work, and remodeling. Safety harnesses are required when operating lifts or working on roofs or decks.

The ideal candidate should be versatile in various areas of commercial construction. Occasional overnight stays may be required for out-of-town projects.
