Overview

Champion Window is seeking a Carpenter / Measure Technician

As a Carpenter / Measure Technician, you will be responsible for accurately measuring the customer’s home for installations and completing service jobs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Measures for products at customer homes
• Repairs windows, siding, and sunrooms
• Order and track repair/installation services
• Assist management reporting and communication, as requested
• Interact with homeowners to service their home-improvement needs
• Safely perform all aspects of the job in compliance with all federal, state & local laws

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred; construction trade school a plus
• 3 to 5 years in home improvement/construction involving carpentry, roofing & window installation
• Experience with hand tools such as a utility knife, hammer, deglazing tools, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Math skills including using a tape measure and angles
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
