FirstService Residential is seeking a Carpenter/Maintenance Technician in California to independently perform journey-level carpentry, painting, plumbing, and welding across community facilities and equipment. You will maintain and repair structures, install decks and trim, and operate diverse shop tools while documenting work and inventory.
Candidate should have at least three years in related trades, framing/decking experience, and the ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
The Carpenter/Maintenance Technician is independently responsible for the completion of work approaching the journey level in a variety of trades, and will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of facilities, equipment, and building assignments throughout the community.
$23-25/hr
FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. For positions designated at a client's property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client's directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

This is a full-time position with typical scheduled hours, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. May be required to work overtime as needed and approved by supervisor, including occasional evening meetings. Consistent and regular attendance required.
