Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI in Missouri is seeking a full-time skilled Tradesman with remodeling experience (drywall, painting, tile, flooring, carpentry) to handle projects from small patch and paint to complete home rebuild.

The pay range is $22-$32 per hour, with a daily vehicle stipend and six paid holidays. PTO accrues, and overtime is paid after 40 hours; double time after 60+. Advancement opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Remodeling experience required across drywall, painting, tile, flooring and carpentry.
• Excellent communication skills and reliability required.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform remodeling tasks across various trade disciplines.
• Ensure safety and quality standards on jobsites.

Salary Range:

The Position:

We are looking for full time skilled Tradesman with remodeling experience (Drywallers, Painters, Tile, Flooring, Carpenters, Mechanical). The more skills you have the more we can offer you. We work on anything from a small patch and paint to a complete home rebuild. With our consistent workload, great leaders and well-rounded team members, this is a highly sought-after opportunity for you to find a permanent home. The pay range we are offering is $22-$32 an hour, along with a daily vehicle stipend for travel expenses. Six major holidays are paid off and you will accrue PTO as you work. Overtime is paid at 40+ and Double time after 60+. We are a growing company and there are advancement opportunities. Tradesmen are only working on construction phases, not water mitigation.
