Wells is seeking a skilled Wood Shop carpenter to cut insulation and blank-out material for panels, operate table saws/bands/miter saws, and assemble wooden forms for structural projects. The role involves indoor/outdoor work, lifting and safe tool use, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

You will read pour sheets, cut materials, prepare beds, and transport forms to production for finishing, while maintaining BSP standards and adhering to safety practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Technical training or work experience in carpentry preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and do basic math.
