Job Overview

This role involves performing maintenance duties using hand and power tools, site cleanup, repairing/replacing system furniture components, and operating a non-CDL box truck. Customer service skills are essential. Documentation of work and material needs is required.

Pay Rate:

$34.81/hourly

Responsibilities

• Perform site cleanup and material handling.
• Operate a non-CDL box truck and demonstrate ability within 90 days.
• Use various measuring tools.
• Assemble/disassemble furniture as per work orders.
• Load, unload, deliver, and stage materials.
• Ensure work quality and space appearance.
• Maintain Material Handling Equipment certification.
• Plan and organize work to meet deadlines.
• Respond to emergencies and diagnose repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inventory tasks.
• Operate government or company vehicles.
• Support other duties like file maintenance, workspace cleanup, and answering calls.
• Follow safety and personnel policies.
• Work alternate shifts as needed.
• Perform construction activities and other assigned duties.

Job Requirements

Mandatory:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to meet escort requirements and work with minimal supervision.
• Professional and courteous interaction with diverse people.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with hand/power tools.
• Ability to obtain/maintain security clearance.
• Pass background and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Lift 50 pounds, team lift 75 pounds.
• U.S. citizen.
