Salary & Benefits
- Salary: $27.50 – $30.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and cabinetmakers in the manufacturing and installation of kitchen cabinets and interior wood products.
- Load, unload, and transport wood, plywood, laminates, and other cabinetry materials to work areas or installation sites.
- Support the assembly of cabinet components such as frames, drawers, and doors according to specifications and design plans.
- Assist in measuring, marking, and cutting wood and wood substitutes using hand tools and basic power tools.
- Sand, smooth, and prepare wooden surfaces and assist in applying finishes, stains, or laminates to complete cabinetry products.
- Assist with the installation of kitchen cabinets, countertops, and related fixtures at residential renovation or construction sites.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies while performing duties.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and within required timelines.
- Perform other related support duties as assigned to assist with cabinetry production and installation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects, equipment, and materials.
- Excellent team player with good English communication skills.
- Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and implement new techniques and tools.
- Ability to stand, climb, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
