Job summary

Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC in Hallsville, TX is seeking a Carpenter Helper to assist experienced carpenters on commercial construction sites. You will perform tasks of lesser-skilled duties, handle materials and tools, and help keep the work area clean and safe.

Responsibilities include building rough wooden structures per sketches or plans, assisting with interior carpentry such as doors and trim, operating hand and power tools, and adhering to safety protocols in a drug-free environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year commercial construction carpentry experience preferred.

• Operate hand and power tools as required.
• Must adhere to safety protocol, and work in a drug-free environment.
