Job summary

Mr. Handyman in Walla Walla is hiring a Carpenter Handyman professional to complete small to medium maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects. You’ll communicate with customers to understand scope and manage costs, building trust for life-long repeat customers.

You’ll follow the Mr. Handyman Way, wear PPE, use your own tools, and self-manage as you’ll often work solo. The role offers flexible hours, a franchise-supported team, and opportunities for paid holidays and commissions.

Qualifications

• Live within the area.
• 5+ years of paid handyman experience.
• Own your general tools (preferred); specialty tools may be provided.
• Insurable for driving our vehicle.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Completing maintenance & repairs for home and commercial projects (2 hours to several days).
• Communicate with customers to explain needed work and manage scope/costs.
• Create life-long customers by delivering a great customer experience.
