Responsibilities include traveling to properties, assessing scope, and completing drywall, trim, and fixture tasks while maintaining a clean workspace and high safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in home maintenance, carpentry, or residential remodeling.
• Solid practical knowledge across carpentry, drywall repair, painting, basic plumbing and basic electrical.
• Your own reliable work vehicle (truck or van) suitable for carrying tools and materials.
• A reliable set of hand and power tools for everyday repair tasks.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to find practical solutions on the job site.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain repair options to homeowners and managers.

Responsibilities

• Travel to residential and commercial properties in North Orange County to complete mid-sized repair and improvement projects.
• Assess scope of work, discuss process with the customer, and complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Perform drywall repairs, trim carpentry, and light fixture replacements as needed.
• Identify other maintenance issues and advise on cost-effective resolutions.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and deliver reliable customer service.
• Advance within the team through demonstrated craft quality and dependable performance.
