We are seeking a reliable Carpenter/Handyman to deliver general home services in our community. Candidates should have 20+ years of paid experience in general carpentry, minor plumbing, electrical work, drywall, tile, and handyman tasks.

Responsibilities include:

1. Drywall repair, patching, caulking
2. Flooring repair and installation
3. General home repairs and handyman work
4. Minor plumbing and electrical tasks
5. Interior and exterior painting
6. Floor and wall tiling
